5. Is it okay to print my logo on the products and package?
Yes, pls confirm the design firstly based on our sample and inform us formally before bulk production.
6. How do you guaranty your quality?

During the production, the mold, refine, forming, spraying, and silk printing, every process will be passed by the professional and experienced QC team, then next process. Before packing, we will test them one by one, to ensure the defects rate will be less than 0.2%.
7. How to deal with the defects?
During the guarantee period, we will send you new products with new orders for small quantity. As the defective batch products, we will free change new ones for you or we can discuss the solution including recall based on the problems.
